93 toyota supra twin turbo?

I Have a 93 supra twin turbo but i would love to fix it up im 17 an got this car as a gift from my mom when i turned 15 but i would like to start getting my supra to the 400 whp range... ive already done suspension mods it grips to the road like if i had crazy glue on the tires aswell as rims ($2000) Or should i keep it stock .... It esyly smokes supercharged v8 mustang and a brand new mustang gt and hondas cant even keep up so yeah im looking to add power just for fun lol Thanks for your help
