93 Mazda mx6 Ls car trouble?

My car has been crap since si got it. the last thing i had fixed was a hose because it was leaking coolant. Now that is fixed but when i drive it for a while i notice when i turn it off i hear a high pressure blowing sound and when it stops i have no coolant. i refilled it when it cooled and noticed no leaks so what is wrong here?
 
Has it overheated before? Head gasket!!!???

The sound is likely the coolant boiling
Check your oil - If it's milky colored you have major issues
Does it smoke?

Most common causes for overheating:
Themostat stuck closed
Electric fan is not turning on (Coolant sensor switch)
Blown head gasket
Faulty Waterpump (Probably leaking while engine is running)

* If it has over heated head gasket can blow and also cause heads to warp
