'93 Mazda mx6 headlights problem!?

I just bought a '93 Mazda mx6 with headlights similar to these.. http://www.xtralights.com/93-97mazdamx6dualhaloheadlights-blackpair.aspx ... The problem that I'm having is the lights are very dim and only the right inside light is bright, except when I put on the high beams, that one turns dim and the one next to it turns bright. The left lights are just dim and stay that way whether the high beams are on or not. I was thinking it could be the bulbs but thought maybe the wiring is off. Can anybody offer any help? Thanx
