93 mazda 626 problems..? ?

Hi everyone,I have a 93 mazda 626 es. It has the KLZE swap, and I will be putting in the eeprom chip later this afternoon. The problem I am having is that the car runs great when first started, then 3 or 4 mins later starts bogging and wont go anywhere if the gas is pressed, well it does go I guess just very slowly and the exhaust has a bogging sound. any suggestions?
 
iam not too familiar with mazdas, but this problem on honda's is usually the O2 sensor, or fuel filter.
these are cheap fixes that could be done yourself, if you are capable, you can just pick them up at a local auto parts store
