Vehicle had issue where it would want to die when stopping, and would have to use gas and brake to keep it from dying at a stop. Was every now and then, and then it went away for a while, but started doing it again.
Did some work on it, and I sprayed off the engine and underhood area in the wash. Done it before with no issues on many other veicles, we do it all the time at the dealership I work at. However, it started wanting to die, and then it died and took a while to get it to start. I thought it had just gotten water somewhere it shouldn't have and then it dried out and was ok. But then it happened again, and now it won't start, and when it does starts, it dies a second later.
When it dies, it loses soark. Tried opening up the distrubitor, but I'm not real good with distrubutors, haven't done much work on them. Need some help and ideas here, thanks in advance.
