ok so i was having horn issues this morning. and i had to replace the battery. so i did and i took out the old horn but now with the new battery in the emergency flashers come on right away without anyone even in the car. I went and sat in the car and the radio came on and the lights turn on but when i went to turn the key to see if it would start the key wouldnt even flip over. Any ideas why it isnt even making a sound or starting?
