93 ford ranger conversion to manual tranny?

I have a 93 ford ranger XLT w/ 204k miles i want to change to a stick. Before you say just sell it and buy another truck...negative...iv grown up around this truck and came home from overseas and lost all my stuff so i wanna restore this truck and put a v8 in it and just customize it a little bit to drive everyday. If anyone has any idea of how much it would cost me to get it converted to a stick please let me know or any ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks
