Im presuming the car turns over, right, its not dead right? That would be electrical. So your either not getting gas, or spark. Bot are easy to test. First gas: Turn the key to the first click, not turning the engine over, and listen to a whine from the gas tank, thats the electric gas pump in the tank, they are loud on mustangs. If you dont hear anything, check the fuse under the hood. If you hear it, check for pressure by pressing the shrader valve on the fuel line, under the upper intake. Next, SPARK: take a plug wire off a plug, and put the end of an insulated screwdriver in the plug wire and place it about 5 milimeters away from something grounded, like the fenderwell something. have someone turn the key and look for spark. You can also do this by trying to see an arc between the distributer and wire, with the wire just above the dist. idk what code 14 means though. its gotta be one of those two. may be bad coil, distributer, or fuel pump. otherwise a bad ground on the battery.
