93 cadillac sts overheating?

so i have a 93 cadillac sts that is overheating. when i turn it on after about 10-15 minutes it will warn me that the engine is overheating. it gets so hot that the coolant starts to boil in the reservoir. I took off the purge line to let the air out of the system but there is no circulation through the cooling system. what could the problem be?
 
9 times out of 10 an overheating problem stems from the radiator - if its leaking crack an egg into it, It will cook inside from the heat & stop the the leak. If there no circulation check the manifold
