93 3.1l v6 chevy lumina running issues.?

i noticed a little while ago wen i was driving or wen in idle i lost alot of power and i sounded like it was running really rough. i had a mechanic look at it and he said i had two cilinders down because i had a bad coil pack. so i had him put a new one on as well as wires and plugs. i got about half way home and it started again but worse and stalled out on me three times on the way home.(its an automatic).it sat for like a week and then i figured id let it run a little. so i went and let it run for a while and it sounded fine for a whilebut it sounds like it goes in and out...if anyone has any tips for me i could use it cause i cant afford anymore labor...thanks
