92 toyota cellica,New fuel pump(wont turn on) / no spark to plug.?

I have 92 Toyaot Cellica,sounds like it wants to turn over. I put a new fuel pump in. Pump wont turn on and plugs are not getting any spark.Did put new Dis cap on. Before this happened my fuel light came on, I filled up my tank ,left, turn the corner then ker plunk. wont start. Any help would be helpfull.
