92 honda civic eg6 suspension?

Ok so to me it looks like my driver side tire sticks out a lil more than the passenger I just had some suspension work done to it but didn't get an allignment, if my cars wheel came off while I was driving 15mph what kind of damage could I have done, beside replacin my ball joint and an axle 10pts
