I already put a additive in it. Changed the valve stem seals. I bought the with a rebuilt head that had just been installed. I have no way to contact the owner either. It smokes on start up smokes at idle and pours smoke when at high rpm. there really does not seem to be any oil on the plugs at all. car has 172000 miles on it. Could it be the oil rings on the pistons? also when car hits 1500 rpm it revs up and down on its own. Car does not seem to be hesitant on power..runs smooth... just smokes like a banshee. What could it be? 16 valve none vtech...thx

Also after car had warmed up nice and hott, i pulled the plug wires and had my Buddie crank it for quit a while and it just kept on smoking? Could this be because the original owner blew the head gasket and filled the entire exhaust system full of oil and crap?? If so how long does it take to burn out??
just removed manifold and started the car. It is smoking directly from the engine
Also I am having a hard time deciding if it is white or blue smoke? and pointers?
just checked out compression shows it has 155 in all 4 cylinders..i think it iz white smoke...it iz worse when cold outside?
