92 honda accord idles rough in reverse and when a/c is on has 202k on it?

I just bought the car and have had many 90-93 accords that do this but this one is the roughest I looked at the mounts they look fine and also the car idles at 1000-1100 and I know it should be at like 800 or 900 it also ides a little rough in drive when cold but smoother as it warms up is it just the age and miles or is there something I can do?
 
This is a long shot but when my honda did that is was loss of compression of a cylinder and thats why it indles roughf when cold and going slow.
