i have a 91 ford ranger and it was unused for awhile just sat in my garage but i got it fixed up and when i was first driving it the speedometer used to get stuck around 25, 35, but i got it unstuck lol, anyways, i put in gas but it barely goes up. but whenever i shut it completely off, the gas gauge goes up about a quarter more.. but then i start it and it goes down. does that have anything to do with how much gas is in it or no?
