My Ducati is fouling BOTH plugs, covering them in thick black carbon deposits, and I do not know why!

I have a bigger jet than stock, air filter is clean, plug wires are good...

I am using the OEM champions, but they are only 2 days old and still fouled!
Should I get a hotter plug?

When I drive down the road she has ALOT of hesitation and is EATING gas like mad....
I changed the plugs to these new ones, which totally fixed the problem... for about 20 miles, then these fouled...

Any recommendations?

( I dont want answers like buy this brand of bike instead, Ducati are among the BEST bikes made, in quality AND performance!)
To the opinion of the poster who says honda and yamaha are the best... that is an opinion based on NO fact... Ducati IS in FACT ranked among the best by all professionals... period! I didnt say it IS the best, that is an irrelevant statement in lieu of the fact that more and more technological advancements every day!

Also, my Desmodromic valve system is WAY more reliable than the valve springs in whatever the hell you are driving!

low compression

aww, I have to disagree about your last statement that Ducati are among the best bikes, in my opinion Honda and Yamaha are the best bikes. The reason why the Honda and Yamaha are better is because as per cc their engines produce more power than a Ducati, and are much more reliable, less expensive to repair and maintain, AND, Ducati is old school technology, today they use the same engine designs as in the 1960's. Technology is much more advanced today, engines are much more power-full at the same time more efficient and reliable, Ducati is living in the past, their bikes don't even come close to strict environmental laws, their bikes pollute the air and add to global warming, if it was up to me they would be outlawed!

note: with low compression the engine will run rich, use more gas and foul plugs and no-matter what you do to the carburetor won't make a bit of difference

Use smaller jets, make sure the choke is opening all the way and use a step hotter plugs. Is it getting good spark?

Contact me for a carb trouble shooting guide.
It will give you tests to make while riding and explain what needs to be changed/adjusted for optimum running performance.
The jet change is probably causing the problem.
