92 Dodge Dakota Coolant leak under the dash?

Just recently i reconnected the coolant lines to the heater like i do every winter. I took it for a 5km test drive and my friend told me it smelt like coolant. There was a bit of green dripping from the bottom middle of the dash. It seem to be coming from behind a yellow foam filter. Is there a leak in the line? How can i check without ripping everything out.

um ther isnt a line behind ur dash its called a heater core......and ther isnt any way to change it without pullin out ur dash some cars take 13 hours shop time to replace this...its a pain in the ass...but hey on the bright side part will only cost around 20-50 bucks and they will give u a lifetime warranty...on the part not the labor.......good luck
