That is equivelant to a 34" tall tire. I think you'd be splitting hairs. If the tire is a bit unersized as most are, it should be fine. If it's 34" or taller it might rub when you go through ruts or turn sharp.
They'll fit on there, it's just a matter of how close it's cutting it. The size of the tire in question is so close to what will and won't fit, it's hard to tell.
