92 chevy k1500 4x4 runs but stumbles at about 1500rpm. does not stall but starts too?

when im accelerating it stumbles till im past 2000 rpm. When it stumbles or sputters and i let off (clutch in no gas) it doesnt stall but takes a couple seconds to level back out at idle. also with the aircleaner off i can hear a hiss from the carb when it beginnes its stumbles then the hiss gets louder and sputtering worse. let off it goes to perfict idle. died on me yeasterday replaced the ignition mod runs but still stumblin or sputtering any ideas??? thanks
 
been tuned up in the last 75K miles??? chevys eat up caps/rotors...look under cap see if corrusion is there....

FYI no carb on a 92 fuel injected
