91' Honda Prelude 2.0L, left it setting for a couple of days now it won't start.?

I replaced the head, timing belt, and water pump about 2 years ago, replaced the fuel pump about 9 months ago. I had good fuel pressure and spark when I checked it last but I've been driving my truck for a couple of months and haven't checked it lately. I hooked a scanner to it and it gave me a code for some kind of distributor problem ( i can't remember the flash code it's been too long ) maybe another mechanic out there that specializes in Honda's can give me an idea from personal experience.
