91 Honda Accord that keeps running hot after 5min of driving, It has enough oil and

antifreeze. Whats Problem? The oil light flashes a lot when the car gets hot and it seems to want to cut off on me and start smoking really bad. The oil is at the right level and there is enough antifreeze in it. Wondering what could be the problem?

i am not a car expert. But my 97 pontiac grand prix did the same thing. Check your water, you might be overheating. You don't want to over heat your car because you could blow your engine. Then it's not drivable. my husband put water in it and took out the thermastat. It helped, it didn't over heat as much but we also had to keep an eye on how much water was in it.

Sounds like your over heating, radiator fans might not be working, or you thermostat is messed up and not cooling the oil right
