91 honda accord lx wont start?

Hey guys im in a little bit of a jam, we have a 1991 honda accord lx that wont start, we dont have spark and the fuel pump isn't going. we checked and replaced the main relay that controlls the fuel pump and the ignition system but still nothing. any ideas? please help need to go soon
