91' Honda Accord Lx Dash Light?

I just bought a 91' Honda Accord Lx with 170,xxx miles on it. Only the 3rd owner according to Carfax and never been in an accident. About a week after I bought it the Speedometer and Odometer stopped working and the check engine light and "Sport Shift" S light started blinking. I took it to Midas and got the code checked for free and it was the Electronic Speed Sensor, So I replaced that and now everything works as intended... had the coolant flushed and filled and got an oil change and transmission fluid change.

Only thing is that there is this little square green light below the Tachometer that is the "Requires Maintenance" light. Went back up to Midas and there is no code (since the check engine light never came on). Googled for info on it and all I could find was some vague info about how it automatically comes on because of how many miles are on the motor and not necessarily that it needs repaired. Anyone who has, had or does work on Honda's know the true nature of this light and how to deactivate it or turn it off?

Thanks for your help and reading!
Also where could I download and/or view the owners manual for the car? It had none with it when I bought it, lost somewhere between 1991 and now.
Not the repair manual as in a Chilton but the little book that comes with a car when you buy it from the car manufacturer.
