I have a 91 Ranger 2wd, and I'm changing the shocks. I had little trouble with all but the front passenger side shock. I can't get the top mount loose. I was able to get the driver side shock loose from the top ( under the hood,) but I cannot find access to the passenger side from above. I have tried to loosen the shock with a 9/16 wrench but its frozen. I soaked it with liquid wrench and I still am busting my knuckles. I don't have the clearance for a socket wrench. Does anyone know a solution to this dilemma? I am partially disabled and have limited use of my hands, I don't want to have to pay someone to change one shock for me... HELP!!!
