91 ford ranger has antifreeze in oil...?

ok, so i recently replaced my valve cover gasket and while doing so noticed that there was antifreeze mixed in with my oil under the valve cover. Now I know the easiest answer is to suggest that the head gasket is going out, but I was wondering if there might be any other, and possibly easier, fixes to this problem.

heres some more info----the truck has about 190,000 miles. There is antifreeze leaking from what appears to be three different places under the truck. the first is under the oil pan, which a mechanic has already told me that i need to consider replacing my freeze plug, though ive been hesitant since there so hard to get to. Second place is near the radiator petcock, its not leaking at the actual drain hole but appears to be coming from a little above it. cant tell where exactly its leakiing. and third place is a hose coming from the opposite side of the radiator (this seems to be the biggest leak)
Now all that being said, the antifreeze as a whole is leaking so slowly its barely even noticeable. I flushed my coolant system last august and have only had to refill the reservoir tank once since then, and even then the antifreeze was still flush with the radiator cap.

Ive read that sometimes the intake manifolds gaskets can wear out allowing antifreeze into the engine. how likely is this scenario?

How concerned do i need to be with the minor antifreeze leaks? And yes, I already know that the antifreeze mixing with my oil is a huge concern...

I appreciate any input, help, and suggestions. Thanks You!!!
