91 Dodge Dynasty won't run. HELP!!!?

I have an issue with my 91 Dodge Dynasty. The engine will start and will do it's inital rev and then it will shut off. I've tried laying down on the gas as soon as the engine starts and it still shuts off. I have just replaced the fuel filter because I figured that would be it. No luck. Anyone mechanicly inclined out there?
 
check the timing on it, that can cause it
or get new plugs and wires

may need to clean the throttle body
and air filter

and it may also be your O2 sensors gone bad
