90's child's game question?

There is a game, from when i was a kid, and I cant remember the name of it.


Instead of a board, it was a man's head. He had elastic boogers hanging from his nose, and if you picked the wrong one, his brains would fly out. (or rather shoot across the room)

I thought it was called boogey brains, but i cant find anything on it. Can anyone help?
