9000 bold dead?

I have a 9000 that when battery is inserted or USB/charger plugged in will only show red LED for 20 sec or so, and nothing on the screen (i.e. only black), then reboot. It is stuck in this loop. I have tried loader.exe with and without /nojvm and it fails at "connecting to JVM". BBSAK and jl_cmder don't see the phone, so I can't wipe it this way. I even tried MFI and it just times out with something like "couldn't re-connect to radio...." Also tried a "nuke" in MFI, but again no change. I can't seem to get this out of the loop.

Anything else to try? any other software to try?

Thanks

I have MML installed, but it hangs at the "Post Processing" stage with an error message of something like "timed out: can't re-connect to radio". I never get a PASS or a "1" on the screen.

I've research for many days on this issue, and have found similar issues, but most people atleast have a white screen or blackberry logo when it is booting, and I have absolutely nothing on the screen. I'm beginning to think this is a real "nuked" beyond software recovery.

thanks cpr.orlando...I swaear I tried it without the battery....anyhow without battery in using MFI I was able to get it to "No application Linked: Factory OS". I then try loader /nojvm and it can't connect to JVM and I now get "device error: 354". After loader has started I inserted the battery. I feel like I am getting closer, but can't get the software loaded. More suggestions from this point?

i have same problem 20sec then looping
i've tried mfi without battry but not success
just looping.. what the matching problem.. thx need urgent

I was able to use cfp to wipe as you indicated. This resulted in a double flash then pause and repeat. I thought this was a great sign as to me this just means to reload the OS. Used loader.exe to reload OS, but again, it times out at "reconnect to JVM" with a "failed in multi-stage operation" error. Now the screen is white with "Device error: 354" in the middle. Anymore suggestions?

I have tried three PCs, windows 7, xp, and vista. Neither will get completely through the loader program and end up with "failed in multi-stage operation"
