1990 toyota pickup 3.0 4x4 when i start the truck on warm days it starts fine, but when it is below 45 it surges making the rpm's go high then real low and sometimes dying. it is geting colder now so it will not start now, it sputters and then dies. If anyone knows what would cause this I would really love some feedback so I can get my truck back. Thank you.
