I drive a 90 Toyota Celica - when i turn my wheel stationary there is a humming sound ( I believe this is due to a leak in my Power steering hose). But as well when i turn my wheel when moving - mostly when i turn left, there is a clicking sound that comes from my front right wheel. I'm thinking its my CV joint - Any Tips on how to fix this or what do to?

clicking sound could be the CV joint. They are a pain in the ass to do yourself unless you have the right tools. If it breaks you car will not move under its own power. It will roll free though, the tire won't jam up while driving.
