90 Honda Accord not accelerating after timing belt change...NEED HELP PLEASE!?

after a timing belt change on my 90 Honda Accord (manual) the car does not accelerate when starting from 1st gear. I thought i lined up the timing marks right and on the flywheel. i thought the TDC mark on the flywheel is the cross(+) but i think that is the problem. anybody know a good picture or detailed description of the timing marks on the flywheel and pulleys or any suggestions?
 
go to autozone's website, they have an extensive list of vehicle repair guides, it's very easy to mistake casting marks for timing marks, and your symptom is typical of a car being out of time.
 
You may have had the timing marks lined up properly, but they moved when the belt had tension put on it. The cam sprocket (or sprockets) need to be held in place until all the tension is put back on the belt.
