'90 Chevy 350 5.7L with Edelbrock Package?

Have a c1500 and thinking about putting edelbrock performer package (heads #60859, cam #3702, intake #3704). Is fthis package more for hp or torue? What kind of hp and torque would this package make? any ideas for better combos and still be T.B.I? I'm shooting for 350 or 400 hp, so any ideas would help.
