i have a 1997 9.9 mercury two stroke outboard. not to familiar with boat motors. the motor spits a stream of water out the side which i know is the cooling system for the motor. but the stream will come out strong for a few minutes then trickle for a minute or so and then kick back strong. is this normal or a problem? the water is warm when it comes out and does this everytime i run it. any recomendations or answers? thanks alot
