8th grade grad dance dress?

Okay so i am have my 8th grade graduation dance i need help with finding a store and a dress.... Its not prom so it cant be to fancy. im really looking for a short cocktail dress. it can be spaghetti straps.. but it has to have some kind of straps.
so if you know of any good stores please let me know
