I'm wondering if having a waist that is 89cm round is bad for me? I've heard it can increase a person's risk of certain illnesses, My weight won't go anywhere else. At the moment I'm a size 10 but for a while now I have been struggling to do those pants up without having to many rolls burst out the sides.
I eat a ridiculous amount of chocolate, sometimes a block a day - trying to stop.
Should I start exercising now or wait til after christmas? The idea of exercising scares me though, cause I just don't do it normally - way too unfit. I would rather get in my car and drive to the shops (thats about 5-10min walk) than walk cause I always end up so tired when I get back.
And I know I must sound like such a lazy little piglet but I would like some suggestions
Any advice? I don't wanna end up the size of a house by the time I'm 30
