My 89 mazda 626 heater/air con only works on settings 3 and 4. Not 1 and 2. I've pulled out the blower resistor and it is pretty rusty so I'm pretty sure that is the problem. Can someone confirm or have any other ideas for what the problem is? Also the air conditioning blows out slighty cold air but not cold enough for hot days and getting close to summer I want to get it fixed. So what would be the solution for that?
