89 Jeep Cherokee cooling system question?

I recently started driving an 89 Jeep Cherokee which had previously sat without being driven for a couple years. My radiator overflow bottle was cracked so i replaced it. Then several weeks later one of the cooling system hoses blew. The hose had been beaten up where it blew but was unseen previously. Now several more weeks later, after the hose was replaced, a different hose has blown. Does this seen like the pressure is to high in the system, or do all the old hoses just need to be replaced? And if the system is over pressurized, what is wrong and what should i do? Thanks in advance.

Since it sat up for several years. All the hoses were more then likely dry rotted.
If it was me and if you can not do this by yourself or with friends. I would take it to a repair shop and have them do a really good inspection on it.
Like i said if you or some of your friends do not know how to do the work.
More then likely it will need a oil change, radiator flush, new belts and etc.
