Anyone know if its normal for two of the 4 relays (in a row on the passenger side fender wall) to activate when the key is turned on, then several seconds later click twice again like two of them are turning off? I ask because today after I started this engine and let it run for about 5 minutes and shut if off, it would not start the second time a few minutes later when I tried it again, but I could hear two of the relays 'click' with the key turned on when I had someone else try to start it while I put my fingers on the relays to see if they were working. Also anyone know where to get a 89 4.0 Wagoneer wiring diagram or shop manual? Thanks. (email [email protected])
