my 1989 f150-inline 6 cylinder-dual tank is not getting fuel.the high pressure pump is energizing when the key is turned on.i replaced the fuel filter.when i disconnected the incoming high pressure fuel pump line i noticed there wasnt any fuel in the line.also when i switch tanks the gauges work but one of them is showing past full when i know its not full.also i disconnected the incoming fuel line going to the 6 port selector valve and fuel was present inside it.could this part stop fuel from going on to the high pressure pump and how do i test the low pressure in tank pumps.the truck ran 1 wk prior to this problem.its a mechanical tank selector valve
