What's the Kelly Blue Book quote on a 89 dodge caravan with 105,000 miles in average condition. No Dents, rust, damage. A friend that cant afford to buy one was in a wreck and totaled her vehicle (not her fault). The insurance company is offering $900. I am not a gear head and have no idea if this is a fair price.
