88 toyota truck running rich?

my 88 gives off a strong unburned fuel smell from startup to shutdown. new plugs turned black quickly. new cap/rotor and wires. new aap diaphram. Naturally aspirated.new air filter. all new parts, made no change. Any advice? Thanks in advance.
changed the aap due to fuel in the vac line attached. Could something else in the vac system have been affected by this?
 
Excess fuel coming through the AAP diaphragm, then most likely your Oil is severely contaminated with Gasoline also.
I am betting that you have a high Float level in your Carburetor causing the Pickup to run very rich.
Is the fuel level in the middle of the sight glass on the carb? Also, Does the choke plate go wide open when warm? If not, It will cause a very rich run condition.
