88 Cadillac Deville wont start?

Hi, I have a 88' Cadillac Deville 4.5 liter, the car was running after I rebuilt the motor. I replaced the wiper motor, and when I hooked up the arms it was hooked up wrong so it wedged so I shut it off, and I disconnected the wiper motor, and put it back in the correct way, and then the wipers worked fine. I went to start the car to leave, and the car wouldn't start. I got spark, I got air, and I get one fuel injection pulse, but after that when I turn the key the fuel injector sprays one time when turning key car starts for like literately a second, and then it stops. I have replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, new fuel injectors, a new fuel pressure regulator, new idle speed control sensor, new throttle positioning sensor, I have checked every fuse, and they are all good on the fuel injectors, I have swapped out the fuel pump relays, and the fuel pump turns on fine, and everything. If you can please help me to know what this is I'd appreciate it...
