Alright I have an 86 4runner that wont start; the starter cranks very slowly but the engine does not turn over. I have tested the battery and starter, rebuilt starter solenoid, replaced spark plugs, starter cable, and fuel filter, added in a starter relay, and even tried a starter i pulled from another truck. The thing still won't start, it won't jump or bump start... Anyone got an idea? I need help!
