I've had mine for about a year, and got raped on the price. I had no credit but still I think all in all I eneded up paying $17000 for a new shinny red 848.. did anyone else have to pay those crazy import taxes or was it just me?? thanks

Um...yeah....I walked OTD for $14,6K with an extra 4 years unlimited miles on top of the 2 year factory warranty, and first service incl.

Sorry you got railed. But look at it this way, You're riding with a giant smile and a sense of satisfaction that you can only get from having exactly what you wanted, right?

I paid 16,000 out the door.. I did get 3 years maintenance and 2yrs additional warranty as well though..

bought an un crated 848 from WA for 13,8. shipping was 415. setup 320. HI state taxes 640.

i never did add it up. 15,2. not bad considering i wanted to specifically buy un-crated bike.

Nice, and I did get the 2yr unlimited maintenance package and helmet (shoei x1100, jacket, gloves, and fender eliminator kit) all included so I guess I didn't do too bad. Oh yeah the bike was worth every penny, love it so far... and I did have the biggest grin in the world when I bought it, good call on that

Wow you all paid alot. I pre orderd mine in OCT of 08 and took delivery of it DEC 26 08. Out the door 13.8. I wonder Why mine was cheeper? Pre order maybe?
