84' honda magna 700.clutch fluid and brake?where?

hi guys, so this is my first bike, i need to refill the brake and clutch fluid res. but idk where they are. im guessing the little black boxed next to the levers? if so, what type of fluid do i put in them, i believe the both asked for dot3 brake fluid. sound right? this is all new to me.thanks
