I have a friend that has a 8310 from Suncom. He was forced to get new SIM card from Tmobile and new phone. He is not that up on tec things. Anyway they locked his 8310. I have used JLcommander and dn loaded new software to phone but it says 911 calls only (red SOS at top right). It will not reconize valid Suncom or tmobile card. Any ideas???
