8310 incoming call rejected

can anyone help i have blackberry 8310 can not received call just show missed call on phone and said user busy on caller..i flash it same things..pls help

I have blackberry 8310 whenever you try to make a call, the volume bottons operate automatically at thesame time, i have flash it also check hardware but still doing thesame. can someone pls tell me what to do

@bola7773: Automatic Volume Control enabled perhaps? I'm unsure whether OS 4.5 has this option, but you'll find it in the Phone options.
