I have a 1983 Honda Civic (carburator). I've had the carb kit done to it, installed new catalytic convertor and this is my problem: It stalls a little in town - but on the freeway its a nightmare. I have to have the gas pedal all the way down and it wont go over 50 mph. If I want to go a little faster I need to pump the gas pedal. Please help...this is getting frustrating. btw, ive been told it could be the fuel pump going bad but dont want to change it if I don't have to (its in the tank)
