My dads 83 ford has been acting weird. Its starts just fine and runs just fine but if i shut the truck off then try to crank it back up it won't start it turns halfway stops then turns half way then stops etc... well if u let it sit for maybe five minutes it will start right up instantly... not a huge problem but gets annoying when ya stop for gas and have to wait five minutes for (what ever is happening) then start the truck.
another detail is the starter is brand new as well
