There is a manual choke that sometimes gets it to fire up right away, else i have to turn it over and play with the gas for it to catch....once it does catch(black smoke comes out of exhaust and u can smell the raw fuel), i have to pump the gas and warm it up for a few minutes-- if i dont - it will cut out. I am thinking its the carb? maybe junk in the fuel filter? any other ideas/comments?
